Erik Balsbaugh has served in senior staff roles with candidates, state parties, and national party committees to elect Democrats up and down the ballot for 20 years. A Massachusetts native, Erik served as a Senior Advisor on the campaigns to expand access to medical marijuana in the commonwealth and to protect our public schools from unfettered expansion of charter schools.
Now living in Washington, D.C. Erik builds out national public affairs campaigns for progressive clients, and, most recently, managed the DSCC’s massive voter protection and ballot cure effort in the 2020 and 20211 Georgia U.S. Senate race.
